1.- By become an affiliate for Pesavi Advertising Design Inc. you will have the opportunity to make commissions from 5% to 10% depending on the services and the amounts sold. Commissions are unlimited. The more you sell, the more money you could make. However, this is only an agreement and is not a legal contract in any form. This agreement does not give you any rights over the company or give us any right over your person. We, the company and you, will maintain a professional and hopefully profitable relationship for as long as you follow the rules of the affiliate program.

2.- You will not represent the company in any form or present yourself as an employee of the company. The company is not liable and/or responsible for any of your acts. You are taking the position of an independent sales person that is involved in the Pesavi’s Affiliate Program.

3.- Commission’s checks are send immediately after the final payment has been collected from the client. It is very important that you provide the right information when filling out the subscription form. The information that you provide will be use to send your commission's checks in the future. If you need to change some information please call us or send us an e-mail. Don’t forget to mention your affiliate ID number.
